This Shipping & Delivery Policy sets forth the terms, timelines, and procedures governing the dispatch and delivery of wholesale grocery and FMCG consignments ordered through Ventranexa Retailer by Ventranexa Private Limited.
8.1 Delivery Coverage & Serviceable Geographies
Ventranexa serves retail merchants, kirana stores, supermarkets, and pharmacies across serviceable PIN codes in Bihar and expanding northeastern commercial hubs. Delivery serviceability is validated via PIN code inside the Ventranexa Retailer application prior to checkout.
8.2 End-to-End Fulfillment Stages
Order Placement & Factory Allocation
Once confirmed on Ventranexa Retailer app, inventory is allocated from our central warehouse or regional distribution hubs.
Batch Verification & Case Packing
Goods are barcode-scanned, batch-validated, and securely palletized/packed in tamper-evident corrugated boxes.
Dispatched via Dedicated Logistics
Orders are dispatched through Ventranexa's own transport fleet or vetted third-party logistics partners with tracking.
Doorstep Physical Count & Inspection
Our delivery partner presents the consignment at your shop doorstep for piece/case count and physical inspection.
OTP Handover & Instant Invoicing
Verify received cases, share the delivery confirmation OTP, and receive instant digital GST invoice on your app.
8.3 Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Standard delivery timelines range between 24 to 72 hours from order confirmation, subject to stock availability and regional logistical road conditions. Estimated arrival dates are displayed in the app order tracking section.
8.4 Consignment Inspection & Receipt Endorsement
Merchants are required to inspect the exterior condition of cartons, master packs, and tamper seals in the presence of the delivery executive before verifying the delivery OTP.
