This Payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) Policy outlines the accepted payment instruments, settlement mechanisms, and anti-fraud protocols applicable to business transactions on Ventranexa Retailer.
9.1 Accepted Payment Methods
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Pay in cash directly to our verified delivery executive upon physical arrival and case verification at your shop doorstep.
UPI (Dynamic QR & Direct Handle)
Instant zero-charge payment via Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, or any UPI-enabled banking app at checkout or at delivery.
Net Banking & RTGS / NEFT
Direct corporate bank transfers for large wholesale consignments and mill-direct container loads.
Trade Credit & Ledger Terms
Pre-approved rolling credit facility for verified longstanding retailers subject to KYC, credit appraisal, and signed trade agreement.
9.2 GST Compliance & Digital Invoicing
Every transaction is accompanied by an electronic GST Tax Invoice with complete HSN codes, tax breakdowns (CGST/SGST/IGST), and registered enterprise particulars. Invoices are immediately downloadable from the Ventranexa Retailer mobile application.
9.3 Anti-Fraud & Transaction Safety
Ventranexa customer support, sales representatives, and delivery personnel will never ask you to disclose OTPs, UPI PINs, ATM PINs, card CVVs, or online banking passwords. Never transfer money to unverified personal mobile numbers.
