Zero Cash Equivalency
Points are loyalty credits for business procurement on the platform and carry no direct cash withdrawal or conversion value.
Points Accrual, Expiration & Cancellation Reversals
Purchase Points are credited upon successful order completion and payment confirmation. If an order is subsequently cancelled, returned, or refunded, all accrued points associated with that transaction will be reversed from the merchant's points balance.
